• Patient was discharged 24 hours post-PCI on dual anti-platelet, statin, and continued warfarin and beta blocker therapies
• A referral was also provided for a medically supervised exercise program
• Patient was instructed to follow-up with her cardiologist within 2 weeks of discharge for medical therapy optimization
