Clinical Course

  • First revascularization procedure performed using thrombectomy with aspiration catheter.
    • Two drug-eluting stents deployed in left anterior descending artery (LAD).
    • TIMI-2 flow restored; 0% residual stenosis.
  • Left circumflex artery (LCX) staged two days later.
    • Drug-eluting stent deployed in LCX.
    • Result = 0% residual stenosis.
  • Post-revascularization EF remained 35%
