Clinical Course

• Intervention performed on right coronary artery (RCA).
  • Using guidewire and balloon, RCA successfully recanalized and totally occluded area dilated.
• Non-drug-eluting stent deployed at site of previous occlusion.
  • TIMI-3 flow restored in RCA.
  • Mild atherosclerosis and luminal irregularities noted.
